Overview
Travel Hubz is a full-service online destination management company. Its platform lets travel agents find, book, and pay for services across Thailand in one place — backed by professional guides and a modern service system.
I designed the platform from wireframes to final UI: the public landing page, agent sign-up and approval, the logged-in marketplace, product detail, order summary, and credit top-up, supported by a small design system.
Business figures as presented on the Travel Hubz landing page.
Problem
Agents booking Thailand services juggled many suppliers, emails, and price lists — with no single place to check availability and confirm a booking.
- Inventory and prices were spread across hundreds of suppliers.
- Availability couldn't be checked in real time, slowing confirmations.
- Only verified business partners should see B2B rates.
- Payments needed to work for agents who book often, not one-off travellers.
Built for agents who book every day.
Trust first
A clear landing page explains who Travel Hubz is and its partnerships (DEPA, TAT) before asking agents to sign up.
Find fast
Promotions, best sellers, destinations, and filters surface the right product in a few clicks.
Pay with credit
A prepaid credit balance and order summary make repeat bookings quick and easy to reconcile.
Landing Page
The public home page introduces the business and its three product categories, then invites agents to sign up.
It moves from a bold hero ("One-stop Platform for Agents to Book In-destination Thailand Services") to What We Do, key numbers, Product Categories — Tour & Activities, Attraction & Show, Transportation & Boat Trip — a sign-up call to action, and Our System: 24/7 online booking with real-time inventory, multilingual support, and 1,000+ packages.

Sign Up & Approval
B2B access is gated. Agents create an account with email or Google, add company details, then wait for approval — the system confirms by email within 24 hours before rates are unlocked.

Marketplace
After login, the home page becomes a storefront: search, promotions, best sellers, and "Where will you find?" destinations.

Product & Booking
Product pages combine photos, highlights, itinerary, and a package table to pick date and options — then flow into order summary and credit payment.

Design System
A compact system of type, colour, and components keeps every screen consistent.
Headlines from 96 px down to body text, buttons, inputs, header and footer components, a sign-up stepper, cart, language switch, and payment-channel badges.
Outcome
A complete B2B booking experience — from first visit to paid order — designed around how travel agents actually work.
- A public landing page that builds trust and drives sign-ups.
- A gated three-step registration with approval for verified partners.
- A searchable marketplace with promotions, best sellers, and destinations.
- Product, order summary, and credit top-up flows for fast repeat bookings.
